On May 17, changes in the price list of court services come into effect, thus increasing the prices of such court services as searching for archived files, deriving a document, anonymizing and certifying correctness of a document, making a copy of a sound recording or recording files on a data carrier, issuing a reference, preparing and issuing a court notice, etc.

These changes shall enter into force in accordance with the amendment adopted on May 14 to the Cabinet of Ministers' regulations of February 19, 2013 No. 96 "Regulations on fee-based services provided by the court". The Cabinet of Ministers’ regulations determine the types of paid services provided by courts, the amount of fees and the payment procedure.

Changes in the price list of court services can be explained by the increase in the cost of provision of services, which was affected by a general increase in prices and expenses in recent years. Prices of some court services had not been revised since the entry into force of the said regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers.
