The Disciplinary Court leaves decision of the Judicial Disciplinary Committee unaltered

The Disciplinary Court was called in the Supreme Court on the 6^th of September in order to evaluate rule of law of decision of the Judicial Disciplinary Committee appealed.

The Disciplinary Court left decision of the Judicial Disciplinary Committee which initiates to dismiss a judge of the court of Daugavpils city from his post unaltered, rejecting the judge’s claim.

The disciplinary case was initiated for intentional violation of law in process of litigation.
