The Supreme Court has got acquainted with report of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs “About Cases Reviewed by the European Court on Human Rights, in which imperfection of operation of national courts was reason of claims submitted” that had been reviewed in session of the Cabinet of Ministers on the 27th of March, and decided to listen to description of situation given by Inga Reine, the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in international human rights institutions immediately to decide about further activity and to solve problems within competence of the Supreme Court later.
An invitation to a meeting with judges of the Supreme Court was sent to Inga Reine, the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in international human rights institutions.
