The Division of Case-law and Research of the Supreme Court compiles case-law and studies topical legal issues, in cooperation with Supreme Court Judges and external experts.
Compilations of court decisions are discussed in departments of the Supreme Court, and judges, together with authors of study, develop conclusions and recommendations to solve correspondent legal issue.
