Judges of the Supreme Court meet representative of government before international institutions of human rights

It has been envisaged that number of cases against Latvia heard in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) will increase this year and in next several years, - admitted Kristine Lice, Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers before International Human Rights Institutions, when meeting judges of the Supreme Court.

Security deposit shall be paid, when filing a cassation complaint and an ancillary complaint in administrative cases

As from the 1st of March, security deposit in amount of LVL 50 shall be paid, when filing a cassation complaint in an administrative case and security deposit in amount of LVL 10 shall be paid, when filing an ancillary complaint.
