On Friday, September 29, public authorities throughout Latvia are inviting everybody interested to get acquainted with their daily work. On this day, people are given an opportunity to get insight into the work of the Supreme Court, explore the Palace of Justice and learn the history of the court.

Time of the event: three different options – a tour at the Supreme Court is offered at 10 am,12 pm and 2 pm. Duration of the tour – approximately 1.5 hours.

Visit at the Museum of the Supreme Court

Visit to historical premises of the Palace of Justice, insight into work premises and into daily work of judges and court employees.

Information on entry pass: 
To attend the Supreme Court of the Open Day, visitors must apply by writing or calling Baiba Kataja, indicating the name and telephone number of the participants.
On arrival, a passport or ID card must be presented.

Age limit: 15+ (age of civil procedural capacity).

We will give preference to individual interested persons. Student groups have the opportunity to apply for a visit to the Supreme Court at another time.
