On 1-2 October, Veronika Krumina, the Chair of the Department of Administrative Cases of the Supreme Court, and Jautrite Briede, the judge of the same department, participate in international research and practical conference “Human Rights Protection within Administrative Justice Nowadays and Perspectives for Ukraine”.

Latvian judges will read reports at the Conference. Veronika Krumina will share experience on role and challenges met by administrative courts, and Jautrite Briede, in turn, will present a report “Disclosure of Confidential Information at the Disposal of Public Administration in Public Interests”.

Conference, which is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of administrative courts of Ukraine, is organised in Kiev by the High Administrative Court of Ukraine in cooperation with Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Project Coordinator in Ukraine and German Fund for International Legal Co-operation.
