The Supreme Court follows a principle of openness in its judicial proceedings. The proceedings are open to the public, unless closed hearing is stipulated by the law.

Any individual, who wishes to attend the proceedings at departments of the Supreme Court, but who is not a party to such proceedings, may attend such proceedings by requesting a single entry pass at the pass office located at the basement level of the Supreme Court (entrance from Elizabetes street).

Passes may be requested by using the internal telephone located in the lobby of the building. Please dial 731 to reach the Department of Civil Cases, 203 - for the Department of Criminal Cases, and 202 - the Department of Administrative Cases. Working hours on Mondays are from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 12:30 to 18:00, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 12:30 to 17:00, on Fridays - from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 12:30 to 16:00.

To enter the building of the Supreme Court, identification document must be presented.
